I am dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized support to women on their journeys towards mental and emotional well-being.
Women’s issues range from dealing with mental health concerns, major life transitions, relationships, attachment, family problems, stress, self-esteem, identity, grief, body image issues, and so much more.
Each unique issue deserves compassion and empathy. And there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
As a result, my style of therapy is focused on understanding the individual and their unique goals. I use a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, and evidence based methods to help my clients reach their goals.
Overall, I strive to help women gain insight, resilience, and a sense of empowerment as they navigate life's challenges and meet their goals.
What You Can Expect:
By integrating mindfulness practices into our sessions, you will develop a heightened awareness and understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. When we are attuned to the inner-workings of our minds and bodies, we gain the ability to create larger-scale change in our lives.
This approach also allows us to explore and address underlying issues, gain insight into inner experiences, and generate greater self-compassion and acceptance. My favorite part of mindfulness-based therapy is the resulting improved confidence, resiliency, and sense of inner peace that so many of my clients have noticed.
If needed, I also pull from DBT to help my clients with tangible tools to help regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and communicate more effectively.
